Our Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI rests for at least 3 years inside the 5,500 wooden barrels of our Bomporto vinegar cellar. During this long ageing process, it develops a sweet, intense, and slightly pungent aromatic profile, enriched by elegant woody notes.
